Package: mailscanner
Version: 4.41.3-2
Severity: normal

/usr/sbin/update_virus_scanners not working because
/etc/MailScanner/autoupdate/* have wrong permissions.
Inside the script there's a check to see whether the update scripts are
executable but the permissions for the files under the directory do not have
"x" bit on. To fix: chmod +x /etc/MailScanner/autoupdate/*
