Steps to reproduce: 1) Potentially required: have a Firefox browser window already open. (Have not tested if this reproduces with Firefox closed.) 2) `reportbug firefox` 3) Follow the prompts to skip the list of existing bugs, enter a title, and skip adding tags and similar. 4) At the point where reportbug launches an editor to edit the bug, a new empty Firefox window opens.
