Nuspell used to have upstream man-page, but at some point the CLI tool got some
significant changes and simplification and along with that the man page got 
removed.
As stated in the readme you should use the --help CLI option right now.

Please do not do that as that old man page is not relevant for the new CLI 
tool. Feel free
to open upstream issue about the man page.
