They are commits applied to the development branch but no tag or any "release" has been made. I don't think it's a good idea to upload these to Debian until there's a release - especially when there are API changes that upstream could potentially revert before a release. If you want to see these changes in Debian then the best way is try to persuade upstream to do a proper "0.0.9" release, then I will happily update the package. James
