The package that uses MbedTLS 2.x has now integrated the code into the source. This is a temporary measure to allow for easy migration to MbedTLS 3.6 (LTS). This allows the MbedTLS 3.6 to make it into the unstable distribution. The package this bug relates to does then no longer block this migration.
