The frescobaldi binary package contains hyphenation pattern files for a number of languages which are not covered by the libreoffice-dictionaries source package. These files could be useful outside of frescobaldi, for example foliate can use them to hyphenate ebooks. Could the hyphenation files be split to separate 'hyphen-<langcode>' binary packages and installed to the standard location /usr/share/hyphen?
