Bug#1073378: 1073378 chromium with 'Restore Pages' message

After leaving chromium, a directory is left in /tmp starting with
.org.chromium.Chromium
Using older versions of chromium, no such directory is left.
Deleting that directory  removes that message on the next start
of chromium.
