Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?
I am running this system with a USB key or the 12.5.0 DLBD because
the latest upgrade failed on the last step (apt full-upgrade). In
order to investigate, I use chroot. Why not use the info already set
   up for reportbug.
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
I started the bug report, up to typing "10" for none and pressed
   enter.
   * What was the outcome of this action?
Gathering additional data, this may take a while...

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
I thought reportbug would work even on the admittedly-broken system.
