I prepared such updates, and they passed my local checks and tests.

However, heeding
<https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/developers-reference/pkgs.html#uploading-the-fixed-package>
I didn't directly upload them to the security upload queue as I was
still unsure whether they exactly meet the Debian Security Team's
requirements, so instead I just placed them in
<https://people.debian.org/~florian/libndp/> for further checking, all
signed for eventual uploading once found acceptable.

Please give those packages an additional check, and feel free to just
upload them when they indeed meet your requirements, or briefly ping me
back for me to upload them / possibly apply further changes, whatever
suits you best.

Cheers,
Flo
