I shall push a dirty workaround: the file debian/tests/test_gui.py will call scipy to compute the difference between two screenshots only when platform.machine() == 'x86_64'. The test is skipped on arm64, ppc64el and s390x and some other architectures. Should I propose a new test for maintainers of scipy? I suppose that computing the difference between two arrays should be portable. Best regards, Georges.
