Package: grub2 Version: 2.06-13 Severity: wishlist X-Debbugs-Cc: javier.pastr...@linutronix.de
Hello Debian Maintainers, I would like to request the FLICKER_FREE_BOOT option to be enabled by default for Debian distributions. This option is already implemented for Ubuntu and Tanglu in the debian/rules file. We are already applying the patch queue which implements the features related to flicker-free boot. Therefore, the only missing piece is the possibility to enable that option for Debian distributions by default.
