AFAIK it is enough to test rebuild reverse dependencies on a single architecture as a prerequisite for requesting a transition slot. Is there any reason to expect that the test builds would fail due to differences between architectures? If there is none I suggest just asking for the transition slot since as I see (in #1070079) wireshark builds fine on amd64. BTW I recommend using ratt for reverse dependency test rebuilds.
