Hi, I just ran across this report during a recent upgrade.
I know of at least one post secondary institution that does use heirarchy similar to that set up via LETTERHOMES due to the large number of accounts. I'm not aware of any that use GROUPHOMES though. I have considered switching to a similar hierarchy as LETTERHOMES for the current institution that I am with, also due to the large number of user accounts.
