Thank you for the bug report!  Your English is a thousand times better
than my Spanish, so thank you for going to the effort.

1)  Yes, this should be as you state in the bug report.  Actually, I
think there is some bit-rot going on here.  IIRC, this was fixed once
before, but the patch was probably lost when I switched from being the
Debian maintainer to also being upstream.  Personally, I never use these
player buttons, so this is my mistake for not testing them.

2)  mpg321 employs Debian's alternatives mechanism - see:  "man
update-alternatives" - to provide mpg123 (as a symlink to mpg321), so
ripperx will still work if only the mpg321 package is installed.   This
is preferable to listing mpg321 as the Mp3 Play Command, since that
would ignore the installation of mpg123 or one its variants.

3) Thank you for digging into the OGG quality settings.  The ogg support
in ripperx was done in a hurry, so I will look at this more carefully.
