Bug#841730: transmission: GUI dropdown menu size issue

Hi,

As transmission-gtk correctly depends on libgtk-4-1 and correctly sizes
that menu in 4.0.5-2, I guess this is fixed. I'll close this in a few days
unless something is raised.
