Hi,
I've been maintaining Dillo for some months to get the 3.1.0 release
ready, so it can include some of the changes since 3.0.5 was released
back in 2015. I'm trying to stick to the original goal, which is to keep
the browser as simple as posible and support a wide range of systems.
I have created a new website for it, which contains the old website
files too:
https://dillo-browser.github.io/
I explained what happened to the dillo dot org domain in a post, with a
bit of background to understand why it happened:

There have been no replies from Jorge, the lead developer of Dillo since
2019. I have also contacted several developers via alternative emails
from the commit logs and some of them replied and they have helped me to
get a backup from the original server for the mailing list archives and
the website.
The mailing list is now at <dillo-...@mailman3.com> and we keep the old
and new archives here:
https://lists.mailman3.com/postorius/lists/dillo-dev.mailman3.com/
We have made the 3.1.0-rc1 release candidate while we perform the final
tests before the stable 3.1.0 is release. Please check the release
notes:

While we build Dillo on Ubuntu and other systems on the GitHub CI, I
would expect it to work without problems on Debian, but it would be nice
to get it packaged and tested on a physical system.
If you want to see the details, check the issues/PR or the commit log:

Dillo now allows building TLS support from OpenSSL 3, OpenSSL 1.1, Mbed
TLS 2, Mbed TLS 3 or LibreSSL. By default, it searches first for
OpenSSL.
Some of the bugs from your tracker have been fixed, others need a bit
more time.
For this release, we are mostly fixing bugs. New features from other
forks like DilloNG may be introduced later.
Thank you for keeping it on the repositories for all these years,
hopefully we can get a new version soon.
Best regards,
Rodrigo.
