I acknowledge that a few tests are flaky, but it does not mean that this
package fails to build completely.
Since this bug was filed on 2022-08-14, it built successfully on amd64 buildds
on 2022-10-01, 2022-12-21, 2022-12-24, 2023-01-15 and 2023-03-02.
I see that you skipped the dates where the build failed, also from amd64
buildds:

So, it might not fail to build all the time, but the failure rate is around 50%,
which is way above what is normally considered acceptable for a stable release.
The tests which seem to fail over and over again are these two:
2 - connectiontest-preload-filter (Failed)
4 - connectiontest-style-filter (Failed)
If you wish to debug those flaky tests, I can offer a virtual machine for you
for that where the package FTBFS as much as 50% of the time (contact me
privately
for details). If you don't have time or motivation to investigate, no problem,
but in such case please disable the flaky tests (or just mark them as a flaky if
the test framework allows it) so that the package may be built without failures.
