Hm, confusing.

Well lets hope that the next effort will be free software, too.

I also left a hint on the forum that svn revision 2012 does not
exhibit that precise bug (it does however have similar problems when
the external player is started and then stopped again while the dialog
is displayed), so relevant sections of code should be visible in the
diff from r2012 to 2013.
