My workaround was to download Components files:
${YOUR_MIRROR}/dists/bookworm/main/dep11/Components-amd64.yml.gz
and
${YOUR_MIRROR}/dists/bookworm/non-free-firmware/dep11/Components-amd64.yml.gz
Also setting environment variables:
> env FORCE_FIRMWARE=1 NONFREE_COMPONENTS='non-free non-free-firmware'
> build-simple-cdd --dvd --dist bookworm --profiles myprofile
