Hello,

when a bug gets closed via -done, the submitter receives a notification
that the bug was closed, attaching the message to done and including the
name of the developer closing the bug.

I recently closed a bug for which I was the submitter as well, and the
mail I received stated:

  | This is an automatic notification regarding your Bug report
  | #354853: bzr: running testament chokes on non-ascii chars,
  | which was filed against the bzr package.

  | It has been closed by Adeodato =?UTF-8?Q?Sim=C3=B3?= <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>.

  | Their explanation is attached below. If this explanation is
  | unsatisfactory and you have not received a better one in a separate
  | message then please contact Adeodato =?UTF-8?Q?Sim=C3=B3?= <[EMAIL
PROTECTED]> by replying
  | to this email.

Seems like the name of the developer could use a bit of rfc2047 decoding. :)

Thanks,
