this un-wrapping.
AFAIK, there is no preference dialog setting for that. The idea behind 
thunderbird and firefox is not to expose all possible settings via ui.

Try to add the following line to your profiles directory prefs.js file:
user_pref("mailnews.display.disable_format_flowed_support", true);
Let me know if and how it worked. If this is successfull I will add it 
to my FAQ.
