I want to know the origin of following bug :

installed & already removed emacs-snapshot-gtk 1 about month ago.

but I see debian -> apps -> editors -> emacs snapshot (gtk), emacs snapshot (text) every day.

although searching on /usr/share/menu/* /var/lib/menu-xdg/* could not find any *emacs* entries.

`find`ing on / width -maxdepth 6 only showed me emacs key bind-like file in other packages.

what's the problem, really do delete emacs-like(s) from my system!!

-- currently no conffile remained, I do purge conffiles too when removing packages.
this is what I said before. the rubbish of deleted packages.

I installed Eclipse and it appeared in the Debian menu in my panel, it
seems the bug is fixed.  Do you still get the bug?

   Bye,
