This library is packaged as a dependency of cavewhere. But cavewhere
has not yet been uploaded to the archive. It's quite specific and thus
has no other reverse dependencies, so in fact it has no dependencies and is
currently effectively unused in the archive.

Thus there is no need to rename it as part of this transition. A
rebuild when it's dependencies (qtbase5-dev, qtbase5-private-dev,
qtdeclarative5-dev) are uploaded would be sufficient.

I will try and get it to pass the abi-checker and see if it actually
changes ABI or not. I suspect not, but qt is complicated so it's possible.
