at least the python3 autopkg test is run from the source package, not
from the installed package, not using the regenerated bindings by swig.
the two before/after autoconf targets are not run for the autopkg tests,
the package is only unpacked, and the old marisa.py is used.

however the very same should probably be done with the tests for the
other bindings.
