python3-werkzeug have substantially reworked (purged, if I may) their urls API in upstream release 3.0.1 which is accepted by Debian experimental. As per the Ubuntu bug report [1], and as also verified by me, lektor's autopkgtests fail when it depends on python-werkzeug 3.X.Y. The former needs to be adapted to the new API of the latter.
