I'd have made a PR at: https://salsa.debian.org/multimedia-team/libaacs/-/merge_requests/2 which packages the already built aacs_info in a new libaacs-bin package. Would be nice if this could be reviewed, merged and a new version uploaded anytime soon :-) Thanks, Chris.
