Package: libimage-exiftool-perl This package happens to include a library. It is not exclusively library code though. It contains /usr/bin/exiftool.
Of course I ignored this package at first. It appears to be a library, which would get automatically installed as needed. Only after spotting the code on the net did I realize that the so-called "lib" package ought to be installed for itself.
