Yes; I have already arranged to skip this test, but not yet uploaded a
version of pydevd which actually does so.

I'm not sure what this means; is the loong64 build done using Debian
ports?  If so, will your update transfer through to ci.debian.net?  Is
there anything I need to do about this, as it seems that it's not a
bug in pydevd itself, but rather in linux-libc-dev?

(BTW, I'm removing the "patch" tag as you did not appear to provide a
patch.)
