I'd be happy to send a patch for it, though I'm not sure if there are other considerations I'm not aware of - in my testing, it was just as simple as including the rule file.
If there aren't any other issues with doing that, I can have a patch ready pretty soon. (sorry about the duplicate email, I missed replying to the bug thread)
