There are 5 new sqlalchemy's upstream releases (0.1.5, 0.1.6, 0.1.7, 0.2.0 and 0.2.1). If you don't have time to maintain this package anymore, I would be happy to take over and maintain it as a part of Debian Python Modules Team.
