budgie-control-center currently Build-Depends on libgnome-bluetooth-dev,
which is unmaintained upstream. The replacement is either
libgnome-bluetooth-ui-3.0-dev for BluetoothSettingsWidget, or
libgnome-bluetooth-3.0-dev for non-GUI things. Some widgets might have
been removed altogether.
I'm reporting this as important severity because libgnome-bluetooth-dev
has been deprecated for at least a year.
