Many of the items in that list are not accurate (the script is
a rough instrument), or there are sensible reasons
why there are not references.

Looking at your list, I patched about a dozen pegases to fix/add
references.  You might want to take a look at the changes in 2.34 
when it comes out.  If you still have further ideas, send them 
to me (but not as one bg patch).
