The fastest way is to use Debian testing or stable and build from source: https://salsa.debian.org/games-team/game-data-packager The learning curve might be steep depending your experience with Debian, Alternatively I publish a Ubuntu PPA here: https://launchpad.net/~alexandre-detiste/+archive/ubuntu/ppa/+packages The _releases_ also trickle also in RPMFusion add-on for Fedora.
