Charles Plessy and I uploaded r-bioc-* packages until level 11.
Unfortunately building of some packages seems to be blocked for
A: some pandoc dependency reason
pandoc depends on missing:
- pandoc-data:amd64 (< 2.17.1.1-3.~)

B: for non-obvious reasons

I have no idea how to work around this.
