I always thought that apt-build is meant to behave like apt-get.

The apt-key manpage is definitely not enough information to get
apt-build running (well I now can do apt-key list and see there's the
Debian archive automatic signing keys, but that doesn't tell me how to
make apt-build work yet) .
Maybe apt-build should just output a message about that key stuff and
point to some HOWTO or something when invoked for the first time instead
of trying to compile things and fail.
