This is not supported by Debian and random breakage may occur. Please only submit bugs that are reproducible on Debian and happen in a supported configuration (or at least not in an explicitly not supported configuration). This might be the case here (who knows). Or it might be due to Devuan's mirrors. Or other changes introduced by Devuan.
