Dear Maintainer, * What led up to the situation? setting certain time in seconds to clean the clipboard. * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? the clipboard auto clean work, but "only" if you try to paste in another app or new instance of the app. If you are in the web browser (for example), you can paste information forever, even if you create a new tab. * What was the outcome of this action? Not really secure if you need to close the external app to clean the clipboard information. * What outcome did you expect instead? Auto clean the clipboard at any situation after X seconds. -- System Information: Debian Release: 12.2 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable-security'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 6.1.0-13-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_PROPRIETARY_MODULE, TAINT_OOT_MODULE Locale: LANG=es_CL.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=es_CL.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=es_CL:es Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages secrets depends on: ii dconf-gsettings-backend [gsettings-backend] 0.40.0-4 ii gir1.2-adw-1 1.2.2-1 ii gir1.2-gtk-4.0 4.8.3+ds-2+deb12u1 ii python3 3.11.2-1+b1 pn python3-pwquality <none> pn python3-pykeepass <none> pn python3-pyotp <none> pn python3-validators <none> pn python3-zxcvbn <none> secrets recommends no packages. secrets suggests no packages.
