Dear Maintainer,
alacarte v3.44.2 onwards needs python3-cairo to execute.
'Alacarte/ItemEditor.py' is doing "import cairo".
And if alacarte is installed in any system where python3-cairo is not
installed then alacarte fails to run with the error:
