Bug#1055158: python-imageio's autopkg tests fails with pillow 10.1.0

The problem is that imageio <= 2.31.6 is known being incompatible to 
pillow >= 10.1; see https://github.com/imageio/imageio/pull/1046

Therefore, I am waiting for an upstream fix.
