Hi, 

The Polish translations in /usr/share/locale/pl/LC_MESSAGES/coreutils.mo 
use some strange character set, which is neither ISO-8859-2 nor UTF-8.
This makes the help messages produced by the tools provided in the package 
hardly readable by Polish people.
