Sorry for not emphasizing an easy confusion which it seems you (also, me too when first lloking at this) fell for: What ocrmypdf benefits from is *not* jbig2dec but jbig2 (i.e. the executable from jbig2enc). Please stop recommending unused jbig2dec and instead recommend jbig2.
