The results on ci.debian.org are also not great. The autopkgtest "upstream" test regularly times out, but because the test is marked flaky (which seems warranted because it also fails often when not timing out), the result is considered "neutral". However, this timing out after 2:47 hours is not nice for our infra if a non-hanging test passes in several minutes.
I'm adding this package to our reject list. Please let me know when this issue is resolved.
