Bug#1053486: [debian-mysql] Bug#1053486: mariadb: FTBFS on ppc64: Post-build test suite fails on main.mysql_upgrade

I added main.mysql_upgrade to the skiplist for ppc64, thus the build
of 1:10.11.5-2 did not fail on it. That build did however fail on
Bug#1052838 and on sporadic crash/corruption in
main.xa_prepared_binlog_off.
