after upgrade to 115.3.1-1~deb12u1 from 102 I have problems by starting thunderbird: It ask not for primary password but the passwords for all accounts and calenders. No stored passwords found and not stored private certificates. All accounts and old mails are seen. Restart thunderbird shows he same behavior. Disable all plugins the same. Start in safe-mode an "continue in Troubleshoot Mode" show the question for primary password first and all works fine (only I can't set the language). Next start I need this way too.
