flask-dance build-depends on python3-sphinxcontrib.seqdiag which is not in testing, it was removed because it FTBFS and was badly broken, but for some reason flask-dance was not removed at the same time (dependency handling in auto-removals is far from perfect). This issue affects both versions 6:2.0.2-1 in testing and 7.0.0-1 which is trying to migrate to testing but failing to do so due to the aforementioned build-dependency.
