Dear Release Team, Version 7.8 was uploaded to experimental and builds well there.
Maarten has checked the reverse dependencies listed in this report. Both the reverse dependencies in https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/auto-libpqxx.html wered tested by him to build with version 7.8 of libpqxx, and both packages require no changes.
