Package: autoconf Version: 2.59.cvs.2006.05.13-1 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
Since today's apt-get dist-upgrade I get this message: "Dépaquetage de autoconf (à partir de .../autoconf_2.59.cvs.2006.05.13-1_all.deb) ... Paramétrage de autoconf (2.59.cvs.2006.05.13-1) ... install-info(/usr/info/standards.info): failed to lock dir for editing! Le fichier existe. dpkg : erreur de traitement de autoconf (--configure) : le sous-processus post-installation script a retourné une erreur de sortie d'état 17 Des erreurs ont été rencontrées pendant l'exécution : autoconf E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)" The folder /usr/info/ doesn't exist on my system. autoconf and automake remain unconfigured and unusable after this upgrade. I uninstalled autoconf and automake (via dpkg -r because apt-get remove was failing with the same error code) until this bug is fixed. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.15-1-686 Locale: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] (charmap=ISO-8859-15) Versions of packages autoconf depends on: ii debianutils 2.16 Miscellaneous utilities specific t ii m4 1.4.4-1 a macro processing language ii perl 5.8.8-4 Larry Wall's Practical Extraction Versions of packages autoconf recommends: pn automaken <none> (no description available)
