Hi, on 17 Sep, I have reinstall gnome-shell. An additional new package package was installed too: policykit-1-gnome:amd64 (0.105-8, automatic)
The issue was resolved and GNOME gdm3 is able to start successfully. Below are the packages involved. Thanks.
