Dear Debian FTP Masters, As discussed in https://bugs.debian.org/1052129 with the package maintainer, we reached an agreement that since the upstream development no longer provides support for big-endian architecture, this package shall not be built anymore on s390x. Current acpica-unix/20230628-1 dropped s390x from binary architecture list. However, the Testing migration is blocked due to arch:s390x binary package not being built. As a result, I am sending the request to FTP Masters on behalf of the package maintainer [1] to request removal of s390x binaries in Debian Sid (and thus removal in Debian Testing afterwards).
