Sylvain, could you also add Peter Eisentraut's patch to /etc/init.d/mldonkey-server ? ( http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=338875 )
Otherwise I can't , say, run 'dpkg-reconfigure mldonkey-server' if the server is not running! This violates LSB and common sense.
